Sewa Bhav Foundation is committed to the protection, safety, dignity and rights of all children who participate in our programs.

1. Our Commitment

We ensure:

  • Safe, supportive and child-friendly environments
  • Zero tolerance for abuse, exploitation or neglect
  • Reporting and response mechanisms
  • Awareness of POCSO Act provisions
  • Safety across all events, workshops and outreach activities

2. Who Must Follow This Policy

3. Behavioural Expectations

All adults engaging with children must:
  • Maintain professional boundaries
  • Use respectful, non-harmful language
  • Never be alone with a child in a closed/isolated area
  • Obtain consent for photos/videos
  • Report concerns immediately

4. Prohibited Actions

  • Any physical, verbal, emotional or sexual abuse
  • Bullying, harassment or discrimination
  • Taking photos/videos without permission
  • Sharing child’s personal information publicly

Any suspicion or allegation of child abuse must be reported to
