2. Why Samvedna Is Needed
Mental and emotional wellbeing can be affected by three common barriers:
Emotional and mental health concerns may sometimes be misunderstood or treated as a weakness.
Children, young people and parents may have limited awareness of emotional wellbeing, healthy coping and communication.
Schools and communities may have limited access to appropriate wellbeing guidance, counselling resources or trained support professionals.
Samvedna addresses these gaps through awareness, practical wellbeing education, emotional support and appropriate referral guidance.
