Saheli is Sewa Bhav Foundation’s dedicated initiative to empower women socially, emotionally, legally and economically.

Our goal:

“Every woman should know her rights, her voice and her strength.”

Saheli is designed to respond to the diverse social, legal, digital and economic challenges that women and girls may experience in different communities.

3. Our Approach

Saheli uses a practical, inclusive and awareness-focused approach to women’s empowerment. The program combines legal literacy, digital and financial awareness, emotional wellbeing and confidence-building to help women make informed decisions and access appropriate support.

  •  Rights-Based Awareness – Helping women understand their rights, responsibilities and available support systems.
  • Practical Learning – Using simple examples, discussions and activities to make learning relevant to everyday life.
  • Confidence Building – Encouraging communication, decision-making and self-advocacy.
  • Digital & Financial Inclusion – Building awareness of digital tools, online safety and basic financial practices.
  • Community Engagement – Working with women, girls, families, SHGs and community stakeholders.
  • Safe Referral & Support – Guiding participants towards appropriate support services where required.
