Mrs. Soumya Baniwal has been working in the social development sector for over 15 years. Her areas of work include child safety, POCSO awareness, PoSH awareness, workplace sensitization, emotional wellbeing, community awareness, digital safety, civic education, women’s rights and community empowerment.
Areas of Expertise:
Her grounded approach, compassionate communication, and ability to build trust with diverse audiences — children, teachers, women, corporates and communities — form the foundation of all Sewa Bhav programs.
