Sewa Bhav Foundation (“Sewa Bhav Foundation”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to transparency and responsible management of donations and other payments received through our website and official channels.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances in which a refund or cancellation request may be considered.
Donations and financial contributions made to Sewa Bhav Foundation are voluntary and are intended to support the Foundation’s charitable objectives, social impact initiatives and community-focused activities.
Unless otherwise stated, a successful donation or contribution is considered final. However, refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional circumstances as described in this Policy.

Such transactions may also be subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the relevant payment service provider.
Sewa Bhav Foundation is not responsible for delays, technical issues or other matters arising solely from the independent systems or processes of third-party payment providers, although we may reasonably assist in reviewing transaction-related concerns where appropriate.
